具体招募职位：

1. Direct Sales Executive / 业务主任 （共4名）

Achieve sales activity and production target by implementation of the business and provide quality pre-sales and after sales service to customers.

根据预定的业务拓展计划达成销售活动及业绩指标并向客户提供优质的售前及售后服务。

职责/Duties and Responsibilities:

1.Implement DS best practices / 执行直接业务部业务规范，

2.Achieve sales activity target / 达成销售活动指标，

3.Achieve sales production target / 达成销售业绩指标，

4.Implement individual business plan under the company’s strategy / 根据公司的业务发展策略制定并执行业务拓展计划，

5.Provide quality service to existing and potential clients / 向潜在及现有客户提供优质的服务。

要求/Qualifications:

College graduate or above / 大专或以上学历

Strong communication and presentation skills / 良好的沟通及演示技巧

Result oriented， can work under pressure / 绩效导向，能承受工作压力

Positive thinking， opened minded， self-motivated / 积极正面，开朗，具有自我驱动能力

2. 客户代表/Agency Executive （共2名）

职责/Duties & Responsibilities: 

1. 按公司要求完成渠道访问、渠道会议、业务报价等各项业务指标 

2. 完成每周业务回顾并制定下周业务计划 

3. 执行渠道培训计划以扩大对业务渠道的影响，增加公司销售业绩 

4. 建立与业务渠道友好而稳固的业务关系 

5. 完成月度及年度销售指标 

6. 及时维护及保证客户保险费正常收缴.

1. Develop agency in assigned market under the agreed strategy and action plan; 

2. Provide training and coaching to the targeted agency; 

3. Work with the developed agency and their agents to achieve business activity; 

4. Achieve production target; 

5. Facilitate policy and quotation administration in the targeted agencies; 

6. Provide necessary customer service to the agency clients; 

7. Maintain timely premium collection;

要求/Candidate Specification: 

1. 大专或以上学历 

2. 良好的沟通技巧及演讲技巧 

3. 工作勤奋，能承受压力 

4. 精力充沛，思维开朗，执行力强

1. Colleague degree; 

2. Good communication skill; 

3. Can work under great pressure; 

4. Ego drive, achievement oriented
